We have strong expertise in generating detailed mechanical drawings, interface and source control drawings, process specifications, and configuration management to control the documents. Rapid prototyping methods are used when warranted to aid the design process. Computer-aided manufacturing is employed through the direct transfer of the design models to improve the manufacturing process and reduce the drawing requirements.
Our structural design engineers are experienced in developing structurally strong designs with optimum weight and cost. Particular areas of specialty include carbon fiber reinduced plastic (CFRP), sheet metal, fabrications and welding.
